l'Hotel e Ristorante "La Riserva di Castel d'Appio" sui ruderi del vecchio casolare che apparteneva alla
stessa famiglia tuttora proprietaria del complesso alberghiero. Un raffinato salone per il ristorante d'inverno, una terrazza fiorita ai bordi della piscina
per cene al lume di candela, suggeriscono specialità di pesce nella migliore tradizione ligure
e piatti internazionali.
I
Genovesi, nel Xlll secolo, riscoprono la posizione del Castello,
300 metri a picco sul mare, e lo ricostruiscono quasi integralmente. Il ristorante e le camere godono della stessa vista
superba.

hotel.

para el restaurante de invierno, una terraza
florecida a los bordes de la piscina para cenas a la luz de la candela,
sugieren especialidades de pescado como indica la mejor tradición de
Liguria. Y platos internacionales.
Los genoveses,
en el siglo XIII, descubren la posición del Castillo, a
300 metros a pique sobre el mar, y lo vuelven a construir casi
integralmente. El restaurante y las habitaciones gozan de la misma
vista soberbia.

Claudius erbaut, entstand 1967 das Hotel und Restaurant "La Riserva di Castel d'Appio"
auf den Ruinen des alten Gebäudes, welches der selben Familie gehörte, die auch heute den Hotelkomplex
besitzt und verwaltet.
Ein raffiniertes Salon für das Restaurant im Winter, eine
blühende Terrasse am Rande des
Schwimmbads für ein Abendessen bei Kerzenlicht stimmen auf
Fischspezialitatën nach bester ligurischer Tradition
und internationale Gerichte ein.
Im
14 Jhdt haben die Genuesen die Position des Schlosses 300 m steil über
dem Meer wiederentdeckt und es fast ganz wieder aufgebaut. Das
Restaurant und die Zimmer haben die gleiche erhabene Aussicht.
